These are the most frequently asked questions about NXT Ninja

  • How is security handled?

    As you authenticate with Visma Connect and we are using your token to communicate with the Business NXT API, you have the same access in NXT Ninja as you have in Business NXT.

    This means that you have to have access to the window table to be able to copy windows, and you have to have access to the forms table to be able to edit forms.

  • Are you able to access client data?

    When you give access to NXT Ninja, you are giving access to all the customers and companies you have access to in Business NXT. The data we access on your behalf is only the integerCompanyVariable-table where we are looking for what logoes exist on the client.

    We don't access actual client data.

  • Do you store any data about me or my clients?

    The only data we cache temporarily is what customers and companies your user has access to, and information about your user.

  • I'm copying a window between two customers, but it's not working. Why?

    You probably don't have write access to the window table in the target customer.

  • How do I delete an element from my form?

    Select the element and press the delete key on your keyboard.

  • How are you able to do all this? Do you have any special access in Business NXT?

    No, we don't have any special access in Business NXT. The services available from NXT Ninja are using the same API that is available to everyone.
